7 Pepper

With so many peppers in the garden, we just knew that we had to try combining them into a fresh new sauce. Some of these peppers are outlandishly hot but we used peppers from across the Scoville scale, so this one’s heat level is somewhere in the middle for us. 

We started with with Carolina Reapers, added the Trinidad Scorpions and Big Black Mamas, and then incorporated Dalle Khursanis (for their fruity flavor), Jalapeños (for brightness), bell peppers (for some sweetness), and then the magical Manzano pepper (my personal favorite to eat yet so difficult to grow in our climate). And a blend like this needed it’s own spice profile, which we believe gave this sauce it’s own special charm. Looking for something unique, this is the one!
