Carolina Reaper Concoction #6 (CRC#6)

As a true pepperhead, growing these in our garden was required as a condition of our membership in “the hotter the better” club. As a pepper so ugly only a papa could love it, it’s long-standing reign as the official hottest pepper in the world means it gets a lot of attention, and is turned into a lot of different hot sauces. So this concoction has gone through a number of revisions, up to and including this sixth version.

Of course almost all the heat comes from the namesake pepper but it isn’t the only pepper present. And the spices and additional ingredients are still all natural and locally harvested from our garden. There isn’t a red meat or grilled veggie that this sauce doesn’t add an amazing heat and flavor to. Try it if you’re adventurous enough!
