Blackberrie Simmer

“You spelled it wrong!” Maybe that’s true but for a special, limited run sauce like this, the spelling is the only thing that’s wrong with it. When the wild blackberries popped up all over Chile Vista, we knew we just had to try them in a hot sauce.  Mixing them with our first Texas-grown Jalapeños (at Chile Vista) turned out to be the best choice!  This slightly sweet sauce is just mild enough for our gentler customers but so full of bold flavors that anyone would find unique food combinations they’d love.  We love it on chicken and as a great base for a blackberry vinaigrette!  Don’t wait to try this one… when it’s gone, it’s gone!
